I really enjoyed stitching The Medieval Queen... The photos do not do her justice. I loved stitching her Pater Noster beads that she wears around her waist... in traditional Medieval fashion. Very vibrant colors. The tassel was the last part that finished the project. The backing is in green flannel that is okay... not that happy with the flannel...but it will have to do for now. I am using this beautiful queen as a bookmark for Katherine by Anya Seton.
