Ok i felt bad for giving a not so good review after i really took a look at this bed. I have to save this has really added feng shui to my sons room. Ok so there are a few things that they could have done better with piece, first and foremost it WILL NOT hold a mattress ALone.. im thinking im gettinh a platform bed but its actually not made to hold s mattress alone without a box spring..which i think they’d get more buyers if they specified that!! I feel that by not doing so its very misleading!! But from a more positive aspect this is really cute in RED on of my households’favorite additions!! Its not bad for the price but if you dont know what your getting then you will end up being disappointed and spending more money like we did!! I gave only 3 stars because the description was misleading and was more harm than good!! Its not really difficult to assemble but it is missing two screws, im going to message the seller snd prayerfully they send me the screws, i will keep you guys posted about the customer service!! God Bless i hope this helped someone!!For me, this was a very satisfying purchase.. it's a very nice red and it was very easy and simple to put together.. I wish it did have more support for the mattress so I do have to get a metal slat board to sit on top of the slats.. that's my only dislike but I really do like my bed and very satisfied..Bed arrived in a box that was open and ripped up via UPS. Unable to put the frame up, received 2 of the same pieces and can not assemble. Very disappointed and sleeping on the couch. DO NOT PURCHASE!! Returning is going to be difficult.I don't usually do reviews but this bed is everything I thought it would be and more. It's gorgeous and sturdy. This was a great buy!It did not hold my mattress and it was a waste of moneyInstructions not very clear. Pictures are confusing
